1 Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account with x11111, accessing any part of the platform, placing a bet, making a deposit or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form the complete agreement between you and x11111 with respect to your use of the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of x11111 after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. x11111 recommends reviewing this page periodically to remain aware of any changes.

2 Eligibility

To register and use x11111, you must meet the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. x11111 does not permit access to persons under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual person in your own name, not on behalf of a company, group or any third party.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or gaming of this kind is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of a person employed by x11111 or any of its associated game providers.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion restriction placed through x11111's responsible gaming tools.

x11111 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended until satisfactory documentation is provided. Any winnings accrued during the verification process may be withheld pending successful identity confirmation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on x11111. Having multiple accounts — including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed and associated balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name, valid contact number, date of birth and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. x11111 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify x11111 support immediately. x11111 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the account holder failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login details.

x11111 may require additional identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including before processing a withdrawal, when suspicious activity is detected or during routine compliance reviews. Supported documents typically include a valid CNIC. Accounts that do not complete KYC when requested may have withdrawal access restricted.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on x11111 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered x11111 account holder — are not accepted.

Supported deposit methods currently include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, IBFT bank transfer, debit cards and credit cards. Available methods and associated processing times are shown in the Deposit section of the platform. x11111 does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are specified in the platform's deposit and withdrawal section. x11111 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days, though JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster.

• Funds deposited through an unverified account may be held pending identity verification.
• x11111 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in cases where large or unusual deposit patterns are observed.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment account that does not match the name on the x11111 account.
• Any balance that has been credited as a bonus and has not met wagering requirements is not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are satisfied.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on x11111 — whether on cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other market — are subject to the specific rules for that sport or event. Rules for individual markets are available within the betting section of the platform.

x11111 reserves the right to void any bet or settle a bet at different odds in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed after the event outcome was known (late betting).
• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• The event was cancelled, abandoned or significantly modified from its original format.
• Evidence of match manipulation or irregular betting patterns is identified.
• The bet was placed in violation of these terms or specific market rules.

For cricket betting specifically, the rules governing shortened matches, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) adjustments, reserve days and weather delays follow the relevant international cricket board regulations as applied to each competition. In-play betting markets may be temporarily suspended during official reviews, DRS consultations or rain delays — bets placed before such suspensions remain valid unless voided under another rule.

Bet settlements are final once processed. If you believe a settlement has been calculated incorrectly, you may raise a dispute through x11111 support within 72 hours of the settlement time. Disputes raised after this window may not be considered.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

x11111 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms including eligibility conditions, the bonus amount or percentage, minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirements and expiry date. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion.

The following general bonus rules apply to all promotions on x11111 unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the specified validity period. Bonus funds and any associated winnings expire at the end of this period if requirements are not met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot typically be stacked simultaneously unless the promotion explicitly permits this.
• x11111 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will have their participation governed by the terms in place at opt-in.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

7 VIP Programme

The x11111 VIP programme rewards players across five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — based on cumulative wagering activity across all platform sections. VIP points are earned on qualifying bets placed in sports betting, live casino, fish games and bingo.

VIP tier benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal limits, dedicated support and access to exclusive promotions and rooms are defined in the VIP programme schedule, which is published in the VIP section of the platform. x11111 reserves the right to update the VIP schedule, including benefit levels and point accumulation rates, with reasonable advance notice to active VIP members.

• VIP tiers are reviewed on a periodic basis. Players who do not meet the minimum activity requirement for their current tier may be downgraded.
• VIP cashback and benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly — they are subject to the standard bonus wagering rules unless otherwise specified.
• VIP membership does not override any other term in this agreement, including the rules on prohibited activities and account suspension.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on x11111. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account, including accounts registered under a different name or contact details.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age or allowing a person under 18 to access your account.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal or otherwise illegal means.
• Attempting to launder money or use x11111 as a vehicle for any financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players on the platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage or damages other players.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or pricing mistakes on the platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any profits derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after placing bets that have been settled.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

x11111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, verification failure or inactivity.

In the event of account closure by x11111 due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including real-money deposits, bonus funds and winnings — may be forfeited. Where closure is not due to any breach by the account holder, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the most recent registered payment method.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting x11111 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and are covered under the Responsible Gaming section of these terms.

10 Privacy and Data

x11111 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data is used for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support and, where you have opted in, promotional communications. x11111 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

x11111 uses SSL encryption for all data transmission between your device and the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device and account credentials.

11 Responsible Gaming

x11111 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through account settings at any time.

If you wish to take a break from the platform, you can set a temporary exclusion period through your account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to deposit, bet or access games. x11111 will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players for the duration of their exclusion.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with an update, you should close your account before the updated terms take effect.
